At GrabPanda.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we specialize in thrift and pre-owned clothing, each item is carefully inspected before being listed on our website. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted.
- Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order if:
- The wrong item was delivered
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The product is significantly different from the description
To request a return, customers must contact our support team within the return window.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of thrift clothing, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
• Products showing normal signs of wear expected in pre-owned clothing
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
- Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
• Not be washed, altered, or further damaged
• Include original packaging (if applicable)
GrabPanda reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was delivered
• The item was damaged upon arrival
In such cases, GrabPanda may cover the return shipping cost.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process must be followed.
