At GrabPanda, we ship pre-owned (thrift) products across India with care and transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packing.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note: Since all products are thrift / pre-owned, each item is handled individually, which may affect processing time slightly.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • Delivery availability depends on serviceability of your PIN code by our logistics partners

If your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional restrictions

  • Festive seasons


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout

  • Any free-shipping offers are subject to change and may have conditions

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected PIN codes

  • COD availability may change without prior notice

  • Additional COD charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

    • SMS / WhatsApp

    • Email (if provided)

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed or fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Orders returned due to non-delivery may not be eligible for a refund


8. Packaging & Condition

  • All thrift items are packed securely to avoid damage in transit

  • Since products are pre-owned, packaging may be simple and eco-friendly

  • Minor packaging imperfections do not affect product quality


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address

  • Accurate contact details

GrabPanda is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
