1. Nature of Thrift Products

All products sold on GrabPanda are pre-owned (thrift) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each product is individually inspected, photographed, and assigned a condition grade.

Minor signs of wear are normal for thrift items and are not considered defects.

2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
✔ You received a wrong product
✔ You received a product significantly different from the description
✔ The product has a major undisclosed defect not mentioned on the product page
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

Size or fit issues

Minor wear consistent with the stated condition

Change of mind after delivery

Expectation mismatch for thrift / pre-owned items
3. Return Request Timeline

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Return Approval Process

All return requests are reviewed manually.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, without further use or damage.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

✔ Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method

✔ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchange Policy
