Return & Exchange Policy
At Thriftrise.com, we deal in handpicked thrifted and pre-loved items. Please note that returns and exchanges are only accepted if:
You receive the wrong size than what you ordered, or
The item is not as described/listed on our website.
📦 Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange/return is only applicable within India.
⚡ Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and usually processed within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a Return Notification email/WhatsApp update once completed.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 2–4 business days after approval.
🚫 Note: Since these are thrift/pre-loved items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fit/color, or minor signs of wear.
