Eligibility for Return

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• A return request must be initiated within three days of delivery.
• Only certain products (like stitched or customized items) are not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom-stitched or altered garments
• Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective/damaged)
• Products returned without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@tahaancollection.com with:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Images of the item (if defective/damaged)
2. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or guide you through the self-shipping process.

Return Shipping Charges

• If the error is on our end (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we bear the return shipping cost.
• If you simply changed your mind or ordered by mistake, Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
• If the product fails the quality check (used, washed, or tag removed), no refund will be issued.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. You can return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
