Are GrabPanda products new?
GrabPanda primarily offers pre-owned and thrift fashion. Please check each product's description, photographs and condition details before purchasing.
Are the photos of the actual product?
Product listings are intended to show the actual item being offered. Please carefully review all available photographs before ordering.
Will an item come back in stock after it is sold?
Many thrift products are unique or available as a single piece. Once sold, the exact same item may not be restocked.
How do I choose the correct size?
Do not rely only on the size printed on the garment tag. Compare the measurements provided on the product page with a similar garment that fits you well.
Can measurements vary?
Yes. Measurements are taken manually, so a variation of approximately 1–2 inches may occur.
Can I return an item if it does not fit?
Returns are not accepted solely for size or fit issues when measurements were provided on the product page. Please compare the measurements carefully before ordering.
What if I receive the wrong, missing or damaged item?
Contact GrabPanda within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video showing the unopened package and the complete opening process is required for claims involving wrong, missing, damaged or tampered items.
How is product condition described?
Each product may have a condition rating such as New With Tags, Excellent, Good or Fair. Please review the product's condition details and photographs carefully before purchasing.
How do I find a product on GrabPanda?
Use the website search bar or browse the available product categories. Review the product description, images, price and other listing details before placing an order.
How can I track my order?
Open your order history in your GrabPanda account and select the relevant order. Check the available status and tracking details. If you cannot find your order, contact customer support with your order reference.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status and GrabPanda's applicable cancellation policy. Check your order details and the published policy, or contact support to ask about the available options.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates can depend on your delivery location, the product and the shipping provider. Check the estimate displayed at checkout or in your order details for the most relevant information.

How do I request a return?

Why is my discount code not working?
Check the code's expiry date, minimum purchase requirements, eligible products and any other stated conditions. Make sure the code is entered correctly. The checkout page should show whether the discount has been applied.
