We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners.

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-stitched or altered items may take up to 5–7 business days to process.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take slightly longer, depending on courier availability.
• National holidays and unforeseen events (like strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters) may delay deliveries.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹69 flat rate on all orders below ₹999.
• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹50 may apply.

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
• You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on tahaancollection.com.

Delivery Issues

• If the courier partner fails to reach you after 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
• For undelivered orders due to wrong address or contact details, re-shipping charges may apply.
